Oh no - you were not able to participate, but joined a project group!

Rules are rules...

When you signed up for the project at Get Sew Inspired, you agreed (by checking the box or stating 'yes') to a $10 fee if  you did not follow the Rules and Regulations. 

Here is part of the agreement you have made -

"If you receive a design and do not participate you will be removed from the group and have to reapply. You agree to pay  a $10 invoice"
